How to Resolved Google Chrome Crash on Windows 8 (Cara Mengatasi Google Chrome Crash di Windows 8)

You having problem with your browser especialy Google Chrome.Your windows 8 not responding if your google chrome running on your windows system.in my case my windows menu always loading and cannot acces menu screen if google chrome running on my sistem.I must forced closed google crhome using task manager and now i can acces my windows menu.

Actually,this problem having solved if you reinstall your google chrome,but this case appeared again after your shut down your PC and turn on your pc again.this problem always repeated.

TIPS 1

Thanks for support google chrome be handle this case and solved this case for some people but not me.Try to follow this tutorial for resolved (Fix) Goggle Chrome Crash Problem.

1. Enter the keyboard shortcut Windows  key (on your keyboard) + E to open Windows Explorer.

2.In the Windows Explorer window that appears enter the following in the address bar:

   Windows

• Windows XP: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\
•  Windows Vista/ Windows 7/ Windows 8: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\

Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default

Linux: ~/.config/google-chrome/Default 

3.Click OK

4.In the window that opens, rename the "Default" folder as "Backup."

5.Move the "Backup" folder from the "User Data" folder up one level to the "Chrome" folder.

6.Go to Start menu & search : Run.

7.Enter the following: SFC.EXE /SCANNOW (make sure there is a space between SFC.EXE and /SCANNOW). This initiates the Microsoft utility that will scan and repair problems with protected system files on your computer.

Try opening Google Chrome and see whether the error message still appears.

TIPS 2

If Google chrome still crash and if you open chrome and windows menu still can't acces.Please follow this step maybe this step is very stupid but this is very usefull for me because i'm tired using above step from google help center and my google chrome still crash with my windows 8.

1. first, you must install mozilla firefox (if you'r system not install firefox before)
2. After start.dont open chrome until you open firefox
3. If you open chrome after open firefox.this problem solved.Chrome not crash again with your windows 8.You can acces windows menu normally.
4. now,If your mozilla not use.Closed firefox and chrome still normally
5. But don't close chrome after your closed mozilla.if you want using chrome later.
6. always open chrome after firefox
